Healthy weight loss supplements have been around for years, but how does the whole diet concept work?  Firstly, did you know that in order to lose one pound of fat, you have to burn off 3,500 calories?  That’s right!  Sounds like a lot, doesn’t it?  Well, it really isn’t, especially when you combine a diet plan that includes an intake of fewer calories with daily exercise.  The concept of losing weight is really simple -- you have to burn more calories than you consume.  If you can fully grasp this concept, then you are well on your way to losing weight.

Cortisol and collagen are two ingredients that are known to help people achieve hormonal balance.  Additionally, it is important to understand that not just any diet supplement will do when it comes to weight loss or maintaining weight loss.
